Complaints and Returns Policy

At Maple Grace Vancouver, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, the terms below apply.

Conditions for Return

  • Items can only be returned after you have physically received the order.

  • Return shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer, including any international postage or customs fees.

  • Returned items must be unused, undamaged, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

  • You may try on the item to check fit, but wearing it beyond that is not permitted.

  • Returns are not accepted for orders placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email your return request to info@maplegracevancouver.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. We will provide the supplier return address (based in China).

  3. Ship the item back at your own expense, including any applicable customs duties or carrier fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund within 14 days to the original payment method used at checkout.

Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost parcels if the tracking shows delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses.

  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
